The picture of the railway line from Kamalapur to Shyampur in the capital has changed due to this railway line. Platforms 8 to 11 of Kamalapur have been built with world class model. The dual gauge double line from the platform has reached Shyampur outer. From Shyampur, the railway line is about 17 kilometers long from Sirajdikhan's Kuchia Mora via the 400-meter-long Buriganga Railway Bridge through Aliganj point of Narayanganj. The 300-metre-long Porahati rail bridge and the 300-metre-long Bibirbazar bridge connecting Palashpur and Kuchiamora to two tributaries of Dhaleshwari. This 17 km of the flyover is a stoneless rail line.
After the flyover, the railway line with stones has been added to Nimtoli railway station under the bridge of Bangabandhu Expressway. Various facilities have been kept at this station commercially. It is the second largest station after Bhanga Junction in the project. The new railway line is connected to Mawa via Srinagar station. The flyover started again from the viaduct of Padma bridge a little ahead of Mawa station. The Padma Bridge is stoneless with a 13-km approach to Jajira in Shariatpur via Padma Bridge.
