Journalists‍‍` meet with new SP

An exchange meeting was held with the new Superintendent of Police Meena Mahmuda in Magura with the journalists of print and electronic media working in the district. District Police Magura organized this exchange meeting at the district police hall yesterday afternoon. Additional Superintendent of Police of District Police Md Kalimullah, President of Magura Press Club Md Saidur Rahman, General Secretary Md Shafiqul Islam Shafiq, Journalist Abdul Hakim, Journalist Liton Ghosh, Journalist Sharif Tehran Tutul, Journalist Rupak Aich, Journalist Sharif Swadhin, Journalist Kazi Ashiq Rahman, journalist Faisal Parvez and journalist Sheikh Elias Mithun etc spoke at this time.

 In the meeting, the journalists raised the issue of law and order in the district, drugs, village gangs, road order, theft, and broker free Sadar thana, etc.

New Police Superintendent Mina Mahmuda said, I joined the police after completing the 25th BCS. I am new in Magura district. Before this I worked as Naval Police Superintendent of Narayanganj District. Please give me full cooperation regarding law and order in the district so that I can bring Magura district to a new clean and orderly environment. Because order in the district means good environment, developed state. Addressing the journalists, she also said, you all should insist on providing objective news. Objective news can take a country and nation a long way. Journalists from print and electronic media of the district were present in the meeting.
