Amtali Upazila Parishad election 11 potential candidates are connecting mass. Among them, there are four possible candidates for the post of chairman, four for the post of vice chairman, and three for the post of women vice chairman. They are making mass connections from village to village. Election wind is blowing everywhere in the upazila. Last date for submission of nomination papers is May 9. Ahead of this election, 11 potential candidates are making mass connections in different areas. Among them, Golam Sarwar Forkan, MA Quader Mia, Mizanur Rahman Mizan, Elman Ahmed Suhad Talukdar are on the post of chairman. Moazzem Hossain Khan, AKM Samsuddin Ahmed Shanu, Mahbubur Rahman Moin, Nazmul Hasan Sohag as Vice Chairman.
