Mayor of Meherpur Municipality Mahfuzur Rahman Riton has inaugurated the construction of 630 meter road from Shilpakala intersection of Meherpur Municipality No. 8 to Laltur intersection through Stadium Para at a cost of Tk 63 lakh and 470 meter road at Miapara of Ward No. 7 at a cost of Tk 28 lakh. He inaugurated two separate roads in Stadium Para and Mia Para of the city last Monday afternoon. Meherpur Municipality Panel Mayor Shahinur Rahman Riton, 2nd Ward Councilor Al Mamun, 7th Ward Councilor Nurul Ashraf Rajeev, 8th Ward Councilor Syed Manjurul Kovid Ripon, Women Councilor Roksana Kamal Runu and others spoke at the opening ceremony.
