Free seeds and chemical fertilizers have been distributed to 2000 marginal farmers under the Agricultural Incentive Program at Matiranga of Khagrachari. Upazila Executive Officer Daisy Chakbarti inaugurated morning in front of the Upazila Agriculture Extension Department yesterday.
