Afsana steps towards an unknown destination. She tries to stand up again against life's many blows. Afsana is disorientated by danger and greedy snakes. Meanwhile, Amit lost his mental balance and wandered around the streets. Amit's fate takes a tragic turn. Which will surprise the reader. With such stories, the author has portrayed the reality of the society and a different kind of story. In the middle of this novel, the voice of countless women in the society can be heard.
Author Awal Chowdhury is a journalist, writer, researcher and organizer. About two decades ago, he got involved in journalism reading or writing by being involved in the relatives of Dainik Jugantar newspaper. After working in various media, he is now working as Senior Staff Reporter (Online) at Ekushey Television. Not only writing, he is working relentlessly by creating a social organization called 'Lamp Bangladesh' to stand by the neglected people of the society. Earlier in 2009, he created a new resonance in the society by establishing 'Chaudhury Samaj Kalyan Pathagar' in his village Kashipur in Chagalnaya of Feni in order to enlighten the society.
As a result, he got an opportunity to see, know and understand the life style of the society starting from the high class life of the society while working in various ways in the society. Therefore, he has also drawn the life struggle and humanity of marginalized people in the novel. He shows how these marginalized workers are still humane in their family circle and run in an orderly and respectful manner.
Awal Chowdhury obtained his master's degree from Jagannath University. He tried to write from the time he was studying in Feni Government College. In particular, he used to write short stories, essays and various incidents in various magazines.
He is currently involved in research work on environment and lightning damage, improving the quality of life of marginal farmers. Awal Chowdhury has already received various honors in recognition of his work. He received the 'Samshaptak-2022' award for special contribution in journalism and the Sher Bangla AK Fallul Haque Research Council in Investigative Journalism awarded him the 'Sher-e -Bangla Golden Award' and the Asian University of Bangladesh for his contribution to 'Investigative Journalism and Library Establishment'.
