The conference with Bureau Heads and District Correspondents of Dainik Amar Sangbad and The Daily Post (Chattogram and Sylhet division) was held. The second day of the 4-day conference was held at Dainik Amar Sangbad's office yesterday.
Rajshahi and Rangpur division conference will be held today. The conference of the Mymensingh and Dhaka divisions will be held tomorrow.
In this annual conference, district correspondents along with bureau chiefs are being awarded in various categories. Cumilla district Correspondent Zahirul Haque Rasel was selected as the best correspondent, Khagrachari district correspondent Jashim Uddin Joynal became second, Chattogram bureau chief Mamunur Rashid and Daily Post Cox's Bazar district correspondent Rashedul Islam became third.
Hashem Reza, Editor and Publisher gave various directions to the journalists, who were present at the conference. Besides, Abul Kalam Azad, admin of HR Media and Saleheen Babu, The Daily Post’s Country Editor, and others were present.
