A trolley driver named Noornabi (26) died after losing control and hitting an electric pole while trying to save a goat in Magura's Mohammadpur. The accident took place in Ramnagar area of the upazila around 8:30 am yesterday. The deceased Noornabi was the son of Okil Uddin of Khalishakhali village. Mohammadpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Burhan Ul Islam said that the deceased trolley driver was alone in the car. His shallow engine-driven trolley lost control and hit an electric pillar on the side of the road and overturned, killing him. The police visited the spot after receiving information about the death of the driver.
