A special briefing on law and order and security has been held at the Police Lines Drill Shed on 30th September today at 10 am to ensure proper celebration of the upcoming Shardiya Durga Puja-2022.
On the occasion of the upcoming Autumn Durga Puja-2022, a special briefing on law and order and security was held at Police Lines Drill Shed with all ranks of Chuadanga District Police Officers- Force, Village Police, Chowkidar-Dafadar and Ansar VDP. In the said special briefing, the Superintendent of Police said, `Bangabandhu`s Bangladesh, Bangladesh of secularism, Bangladesh of communal harmony. The law and order forces are always vigilant in the proper observance of their respective religions with the conviction of the Father of the Nation and Honorable Prime Minister in the secular and non-sectarian spirit of Chuadanga district.
Sharidiya Durga Festival will be celebrated in a festive atmosphere with adequate security. Chuadanga District Police is ready to deal with any situation including Ansar, VDP, and Village Police professionally performing their duty to conduct puja in a peaceful and joyous atmosphere. Cyber Crime Investigation Cell of District Police is continuing its monitoring activities against those who spread rumors through social media and destroy social harmony.
It should be noted that Durga Puja will be held in 120 puja mandaps in Chuadanga this year. Each puja mandap will have its own volunteers, police and Ansar force members present. Besides, DB, DSB will work in the field in white clothes. Finally, Superintendent of Chuadanga Police expressed the hope of celebrating Durga Puja peacefully with the joint efforts of all while maintaining communal harmony to the respected citizens of Chuadanga.
