They made this call during a discussion with Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at state Guest House Jamuna on yesterday afternoon.  The leaders of Khelafat Majlish, Nizam-e-Islam, Hefazat-e-Islam, Bangladesh Khelafat Majlish, Islami Andolon, Khelafat Andolon and Jamiat Ulama-e Islam held views exchange meeting with the chief adviser. Environment and Forest Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan said that we will continue the dialogue process with the political parties. I will accept whatever reform proposals come from them. The Khelafat Majlish delegation was led by its Ameer Maulana Abdul Basit Azad. Maulana Yusuf Ashraf led Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis delegation with its members Maulana Mamunul Haque and Maulana Jalal Uddin. 13-point proposal of Islamic Andolon:

As a part of discussion with some political parties on the question of elections and reforms, the chief adviser of the interim government, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, has exchanged views with Islami Andolan Bangladesh.

In this, the Islamic movement has given 13 points of proposals including canceling the current constitution, forming a constitutional commission, drafting a new 'constitution' and announcing the roadmap for national elections. This meeting was held at the Rashtriya Guest House Yamuna on yesterday afternoon.

A delegation of five members led by Emir of Islami Andolan Bangladesh and Charmonai Pir Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim participated in this meeting. The other members are Islami Andolan Bangladesh Senior Naib Amir Mufti Syed Muhammad Faizul Karim Sheikhe Charmonai, Secretary General Principal Hafez Maulana Yunus Ahmed, Senior Joint Secretary General Maulana Gazi Ataur Rahman and Joint Secretary General Engineer Muhammad Ashraful Alam.

A statement signed by Charmonai Pir said that the present interim government was formed by the will of the people through a mass revolution and there is a political consensus in favor of this government. Therefore, a great opportunity has been created to bring the country and the country's politics in the right direction. Islami Andolan Bangladesh believes that if the interim government does not take advantage of the opportunity and undertake necessary reforms for the sake of the country, then the blood donation of thousands of students will fail.

That is why the Islamic movement Bangladesh is presenting some proposals to the honorable advisory board. The proposals were to repeal the current constitution, form a constitutional commission and draft a new constitution and ratify it through a referendum. An acceptable commission of inquiry and an independent tribunal should be set up to try the July massacre, as well as all political and administrative massacres, massacres, disappearances and human rights violations organized in the last 16 years, and all individuals or organizations found guilty should be removed from politics and elections. should be banned.

Subject to investigation, all the assets of all the corrupt and money launderers of the past year should be seized and deposited in the state treasury and initiatives should be taken to bring back the money smuggled abroad, the assets of those who were in power in the past year should be taken into account and the white papers of all corruption and money laundering should be published. All the employees of the republic including law enforcement, administration, judicial department who have acted unprofessionally by violating the law, constitution, oath should be brought to justice.

The fallen fascist and autocratic Awami government used the election commission and administration to hold three fake national elections on January 7, 2014, 2018 and 2024. Through these one-sided, fake, bogus and dummy elections, they prolonged their illegal power, who in their illegal and farcical elections They are equally criminals by cooperating and allowing Awami League to stay in power illegally, therefore the three election commissions and administration officials who conducted the three illegal and farcical elections and the officials who were involved in their illegal activities, should be brought under the law and face punishment.

The current Election Commission should be abolished and the Election Commission should be reconstituted and numerically proportional election system should be introduced for free, fair and participatory elections. The Chief Adviser spoke about radical and comprehensive reforms in these five areas: Election Commission, Administration, Judiciary, Law and Order Forces and Media. We also think that these institutions need comprehensive reforms. It is necessary to determine how long the interim government will complete the reforms in these institutions.

Therefore, the Islamic Movement Bangladesh expects the government to reveal soon what the nature and process of their reform program will be and how long it will take to complete the reform program and announce a roadmap for national elections. In addition, the quality and morality of the general education sector of this country has suffered the most in the past 16 years due to Awami misrule. In order to overcome this loss in a quick time, a national education commission consisting of patriotic educationists and ulema should be formed and necessary steps should be taken. A commission should be formed to analyze all the appointments, transfers and dismissals that have been made overnight after the August 5 coup.

Harassment and false cases cannot be filed indiscriminately, if false cases are filed against an innocent person for political reasons only, the case must be withdrawn. No decision can be taken against the thoughts and feelings of the majority religious community of the country. New extortion, encroachment and harassment should be suppressed with a strong hand and a joint operation of law and order forces should be initiated with the coordination of the army to suppress the new extortionists, encroachers, illegal arms holders and terrorists.

Gonoforum's 21 point demand to Chief Adviser :

Kamal Hossain, president emeritus of the Gano Forum, said that he had a very good discussion with the 21-point written demand to the interim government. We have given him a written offer. Yesterday evening, the chief adviser of the interim government. He said this to reporters after meeting with Mohammad Yunus. Later speaking on his behalf, the general secretary of the party, Mizanur Rahman said, we have presented 21 demands on behalf of the public forum.

Our proposal was accepted by the Chief Adviser. Stating that all the democratic institutions of the country have been destroyed through the last 16 years of autocratic rule, he said that all the institutions of party formation have been destroyed. The absolute power given to the Prime Minister in the constitution. After he comes to power, all the authority of the state is in his hands. We proposed to balance the power. For that, balance of power should be maintained between the Prime Minister and the President.
