Students will be smart citizens  through smart education: Education Minister

Minister of Education Dr. Dipu Moni said that students are smart citizens. Through smart education they will become smart citizens. She said, "The current government is working tirelessly to provide that smart education."

She said this while speaking as the chief guest at the unveiling ceremony of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's mural at Sher-e-Bangla Girls' College in the capital on Thursday (March 23).

The Education Minister said to the students, 'Study must be done well. It has to be assimilated, not memorized, so that it can be applied. So everyone will focus on studies. Apart from this, you will participate in the co-educational activities.

Dr. Dipu Moni said, 'We have to know and assimilate our own country, language, culture, tradition, literature. Realize the power inherent in it and become strong in that power. Each and every smart citizen will move forward, make this Bangladesh Bangabandhu's golden Bangladesh.'

The Education Minister said, "No matter what evil power comes, just as we snatched our freedom in 1971, we will resist and defeat all evil forces, and no matter what evil power tries to raise its head in the future, we will definitely resist, defeat and defeat it. We will win and build Bangabandhu's golden Bangladesh.'

Dhaka-6 Constituency Member of Parliament Kazi Firoz Rashid, Chairman of Dhaka Education Board Tapan Kumar Sarkar, Acting Principal of the institution spoke as special guests in the event. Tofael Ahmed Bhuiyan. Md. Riaz Uddin Riaz, president of the governing body of the university presided.
