29 youths got jobs in police for Tk120

Narunnabi Gazi has stood for jobs five times in different places so far. But he never got a job. But this time, for the first time, he got a job as a police constable for only Tk120. And when it comes to jobs, women are different. Although women are still not accepted how much they should be in the field of employment, Ashamani has overcome all bars and got a job. Like them, 29 youths finally got jobs as police constables at just Tk120 after psychological and oral tests last Thursday. Superintendent of Police Al-Beli Afifa accepted them as policemen after announcing the preliminary results.

It was known that against 29 constable posts from 5 upazilas of Gopalganj district for the post of trainee recruit constable, 266 passed the written test after screening the applications of 1 thousand 304 unemployed youths, physical measurement, and physical ability test. Later, on March 28, 266 people took part in the written examination with a bank draft of Tk120 and an application form of Tk 2, but 2 people were expelled due to forgery. From there, 55 passed the psychological and verbal tests.

Employed Sumi Gain said, women have to listen to different kinds of words in every field including work. Society cannot accept that women will ever work. Even then I got a job for just Tk 120. I will work for the country and nation with my talent, labor, and honesty.

Superintendent of Police of Gopalganj Al-Beli Afifa said that it is very difficult to select 29 people out of 1 thousand 304 people. My other officers helped me in this work. With their help, I have been able to select the talented and qualified. I hope that these 29 employed youths will dedicate themselves to the service of the country and the common people with their talent and hard work.
