A special prayer and munajat was held at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque today at 1.30 pm (after Zuhr) for the victims of the crash of the Bangladesh Air Force training plane, including many children.
The prayer and munajat were conducted by the Pesh Imam of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, Hafez Maulana Md. Muhiuddin Kasem. The director of the Religious Dawah and Culture Department, Dr. Mohammad Harunur Rashid, and officials and employees of the Islamic Foundation were present at the prayer and munajat program.
At this time, special prayers and munajat were offered, seeking forgiveness for the souls of the deceased and the recovery of the injured who are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the capital.
It is worth noting that the Islamic Foundation yesterday specifically requested all concerned, including the respected Khatibs, Imams, and Mosque Committees of all mosques in the country, to organize special prayers and supplications seeking forgiveness for the victims of the training plane crash and the recovery of the injured being treated at various hospitals in the capital.
