This Eid al-Adha, MASTUL Foundation has taken the initiative of offering sacrifices to bring smiles to the faces of the underprivileged in the country as well as the war-torn Gazans in Palestine.
Every year, MASTUL Foundation distributes sacrificial meat to needy and poor families in different parts of the country. This year, considering the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the extreme suffering of the people there, MASTUL Foundation has dedicated a part of the sacrificial funds to the people of Gaza. This assistance has been provided to Palestinian Gaza refugees residing in Egypt and refugees residing in Deir al-Balah Camp and Khan Yunis Camp inside Gaza.
MASTUL Foundation Founder and Executive Director, Kazi Reaz Rahman, said in this context, "Qurban is not just a religious act, it is a symbol of sacrifice and compassion. We have always been and will always be by the side of the underprivileged people of Bangladesh. However, at this moment, the situation in Gaza has deeply saddened us. The Muslim brothers and sisters there are living in extreme misery. We believe that through this sacrifice, we have been able to bring a little smile to their faces and stand by them in this difficult time."
Not only immediate help, MASTUL Foundation is working on long-term plans for the education of orphaned children in Gaza, the empowerment of widows and the rehabilitation of the affected. Please pray for us, so that we can always help these oppressed brothers and sisters.
MASTUL Foundation runs a school, madrasa, orphanage, and old age home, supporting over a hundred residents. They also provide education and essential needs to 1,000+ underprivileged students in project schools. Their "MASTUL Aid" project offers medical care to road accident victims, including wheelchairs and prosthetics. Additionally, MASTUL empowers communities through vocational training, a Zakat Self-Reliance Project (aiding 1,000+), burial services for over 3,000, and daily meals for the needy at MASTUL Mehman Khana.
From this year, all donors will receive tax rebates for donations to the MASTUL Foundation.
