Farmer Abdul Sobahan (70) of Amanto village of Shihara union of Naogaon's Patnitala upazila is crying. The reason for crying is that someone burnt the half-ripe paddy of about 6 bigha planted by him with pesticides to calm him down.
In this regard, Abdul Sobhan is seeking justice from various people. But after not getting any justice, he finally filed a written complaint at the police station but did not accept it. Patnitala Police Station OC Shah Enayetur Rahman informed that the complaint was not accepted as there was no specific witness in the complaint. The local residents said, 'Before taking the paddy home, those inhumans sprayed pesticides and burnt the half-ripe paddy. Wasted the wealth of the country. Even if you steal, it is useful for someone, but what is the use if you burn it? What kind of hostility! We demand exemplary punishment of the guilty subject to a fair investigation.'
