SP visits Sholakia Eidgah

Kishoreganj Superintendent of Police, Mohammad Rasel Sheikh visited the historical Sholakia Eidgah ground on the occasion of the 197th Jamaat of the upcoming holy Eid-ul-Fitr. He visited the Sholakia Ground on various security issues focusing on the biggest congregation of the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr yesterday morning.

District Special Branch (DSB) DIO-1 (One) Inspector Mominul Islam, Kishoreganj Model Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Mohammad Golam Mostafa, District Intelligence Branch OC Abul Basar, and others were present at this time.

At that time, Police Superintendent Mohammad Rasel Sheikh said, this time the holy Eid-ul-Fitr Jamat will be held under strict security measures. A four-step security system will be established by the district police.

He said, we are improving the security system. The devotees will enter the ground after checking through the metal detector, and archway. There will be members of various organizations including Counter Terrorism. We hope Muslims can pray safely now.
