He places special emphasis on preparing university students to become skilled professionals in the maritime sector at home and abroad, and to enhance their skills by learning various languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, driving, swimming, etc.

He urged students to develop themselves in this era of information technology by becoming skilled in Artificial Intelligence (AI), smart technology, webpage design, ChatGPT, graphics design, robotics, drones, and the use of these technologies in the maritime sector.
