Special prayers held for rain

Due to the ongoing intense heat, there has been extreme suffering in the hilly areas like the rest of the country. In intense heat and no rain, the public life is miserable. Many children and old people are getting sick due to intense heat. Meanwhile, residents of Rangamati's Kaptai New Bazar offered special prayers at the Eidgah ground at 10 am yesterday due to the rain.In this regard, Kaptai New Bazar businessman and general secretary of Baitul Illah Shahi Jame Masjid Committee Abdul Alim Kalam Saudagar said that in Kaptai residents’ organized special prayers for rain and peace. People from all walks of life participated in the prayer.

Imam Sheikh Abdullah Al Mamun Noori of Baitul Illah Shahi Jame Masjid in Kaptai New Bazar led Istekara Namaz. He said we raised our hands and prayed for rain, apologizing for our actions and wished the country well. Allah is surely forgiving, and He will accept our prayers.
