The Board Meeting of Hajj Finance Company Limited (a Sharia-based financial institution established by a joint venture between Bangladesh and Malaysia) was held on 29 June 2025.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Company, Dr. Abu Tayyab Abu Ahmed. The meeting was attended by Director Md. Saeed Ahmed and Virtual Malaysian Directors Mohamad Sabribin Jahiya, Moha: Asri bin Mat Ali, and Ahmed Rustam bin Ali, along with the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Md. Shafiqur Rahman, and Company Secretary, Maqsude Elahi Majumdar.
The directors expressed their views on business development and expansion in the meeting.
