A peace rally was held under the initiative of Faridpur's Madhukhali Press Club. This rally was organized by the Madukhali Press Club at 9 am yesterday.
President of Madukhali Press Club Rezaul Haque led the rally of Baku Peace Rally. The rally started from the press club premises and circled the various places of Madhukhali market on the Dhaka-Khulna highway and ended in front of Akhchashi Kalyan Bhawan.
In the rally, everyone present in the rally expected peace in Madukhali upazila by removing all the chaos and demanding proper investigation and execution of those involved in the recent thrashing of two brothers in Panchpalli of Dumain Union.
Madukhali Press Club General Secretary Kajal Basu, Vice President Sayed ATM Masud, Joint Secretary Shahjahan Helal, Matiar Rahman Mia, Organizing Secretary Mehedi Hossain, Finance Secretary Salehin Sowad, Journalist Ramzan Ali, SM Akash, Sajib Molla, Abdullah, Rajeeb Hossain, Partha Roy were present then. Madhukhali Upazila Chhatra League and other organizations held a peace rally with the press club.
