Air Arabia keen to operate flights from Sylhet and Cox‍‍`s Bazar

Air Arabia Regional Head Rajesh Narula paid a courtesy call on Bangladesh Civil Aviation Authority (CAAB) Chairman Air Vice Marshal Md Monjur Kabir Bhuiyan, OSP, BUP, ndc, nswc, afwc, psc, at the CAAB headquarters today.

During the meeting, various important issues, including existing cooperation in the aviation sector, future prospects, and improvement of passenger service, were discussed.

 The CAAB Chairman requested that Air Arabia flights from Sylhet Osmani International Airport be operated within a short period.

At the same time, he urged taking initiatives to operate flights from Cox‍‍`s Bazar Airport as it will be upgraded to international standards in a short time. At that time, Rajesh Narula expressed his interest in starting flights from Sylhet and expressed his desire to operate flights from there soon if Cox‍‍`s Bazar Airport is upgraded to international standards. 

The CAAB Chairman extended his sincere greetings to him and assured him of all necessary cooperation in the matter.

Representatives of Air Arabia and senior officials of CAAB were present during the meeting.
