Inauguration and prize distribution ceremony of individual battalion Ansar camps of 38 Ansar Battalion Headquarters in Langadu of Hill District Rangamati has been held. Ansar Battalion Captain ASM Azim Uddin presided over the development project inauguration and award distribution ceremony at Baittapara 38 Ansar Battalion Headquarters auditorium of Upazila on yesterday afternoon.
Ansar and Village Defense Party (VDP) Chattogram Range Deputy Director General Md. Saifullah Russell inaugurated. Lt. Col. Himel Miah, Langadu Army Zone Commander, spoke as the chief guest. He said that all the forces including the army and the Ansar battalion are working together for the safety of the people. The sacrifice of all the forces will be written in golden letters in the hundred years of history of this area. Here all security forces are like members of one family. Our goal is that everyone in the hills should live safely and work to build a prosperous Bangladesh. The program was moderated by Battalion CA and Company Commander Md. Ariful Islam and the special guests, Langadu Upazila Parishad Chairman Abdul Barek Sarkar, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Saiful Islam etc.

In the president's speech, battalion captain ASM Azim Uddin said that the Ansar battalion members are shoulder to shoulder with the army to ensure the overall security of the camp and the responsible area of the camp.
On the occasion, the guests presented awards to 25 battalion Ansar members in recognition of their voluntary work and various good deeds.
