Researcher Kazi Md. Khairul Basher Happy is seeking nomination from Bangladesh Jatiyotabadi Dal (BNP) from Natore-3 (Singra) constituency in the upcoming 13th National Parliament elections.
This researcher, who has been researching education in the country and internationally for a long time, was also seeking nomination from BNP from the same constituency in the 2018 National Parliament elections.
It is known that he was a member of Group G-9, which is recognized as a research-based "think tank" of Bangladesh Jatiyotabadi Dal (BNP). This researcher has been working on international and Bangladesh Mathematics Olympiads and mathematics education for a long time. He is known as an expert in collecting and analyzing information and data aimed at achieving social and economic prosperity in international and Bangladeshi research institutions.
Not limited to education-related research, he was involved in election-related and various timely subject-based surveys. Many people were not keen on directly presenting the actual data of the field survey. He has shown that. His research papers have been published in internationally renowned journals. He is engaged in writing and editing of poems, stories, biographies, research articles, research reports, educational and social, and economic prosperity.
It is known that this distinguished researcher passed the SSC and HSC examinations in the first division and studied BSc (Hons), MSc Mathematics at Dhaka University. He is a Registrar Graduate of Dhaka University. He obtained B.Ed and M.Ed certificates for education and teacher training, and obtained two certificates from the Non-Governmental Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) at the secondary and higher secondary levels.
Later, he worked as an instructor for respected teacher training at various educational levels in Bangladesh. When the world was in panic due to the impact of Corona, everyone had to stay at home consciously to ensure health safety, he conducted about fifty webinars with international and Bangladeshi mathematics and science experts in online-based programs Webinar Series on Mathematics for Every Where, Webinar Series on Mathematics for Better World, Webinar Series on Mathematics Unites, Webinar Series on Benefit to Learn Mathematics.
Happy has worked as a Research Member (Former), Curriculum Committee, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Jessore University of Science and Technology. He has worked as a resource person in various government and private universities and institutions, which is still ongoing. He was a member of the executive committee of the International Standard Organization, Bangladesh Mathematical Society (BMS).
He was also a member of the editorial board of “Mathematics Parikrama”, a member of the mathematics teacher training committee, a member of the life membership verification committee, a member of the National Undergraduate Mathematics Olympiad committee, and a member of the media committee. He has been elected as a member of the executive committee of the 2025-2026 session of the international standard research-based organization, Bangladesh Crystallographic Association (BCA).
Many people are hoping for him to be nominated from Natore-3 (Singra) on the BNP ticket in the upcoming 13th National Parliament election. People of this constituency want to change the present consecutive politics. They demanded a candidate like Happy with a very neat and clean background, an educated, proper candidate in the Natore-3 constituency.
