On the occasion of holy Ramadan, the program of sale of milk and eggs at cheap prices organized by the District Livestock Department Khulna was inaugurated yesterday.
Mayor of Khulna City Corporation (KCC) Talukdar Abdul Khalek inaugurated the program by cutting the ribbon as the chief guest at the District Livestock Directorate's own office on Sher-E-Bangla in the city last day afternoon.
Khulna Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Pulak Kumar Mandal presided over the function and, KMP Commissioner Mozammel Haque and Divisional Director of Livestock Department-Khulna Md Lutfur Rahman spoke as special guests on the occasion. District Livestock Officer Doctor Md Shariful Islam gave a welcome speech.
