The students are decorating graffiti, calligraphy and painting in the street walls of Mohammadpur in Magura.
School-college students are painting these canvases on the walls of different areas of the upazila to commemorate the sacrifice and success of the anti-discrimination student movement.
The brick-cement walls are coming back to life with the touch of the students. The wall paintings show the map of Bangladesh, the red-green flag and various memories of the anti-discrimination student movement, the determination to build a new Bangladesh, the non-communal spirit, the sacrifice of Abu Said of Rangpur, who was martyred in the movement, and the sacrifice of two heroes, Suman and Ahad Ali, who were martyred in Mohammadpur.
The stories of the changing new Bangladesh and various events of the movement coup are painted in graffiti. The achievements of the students in the anti-discrimination movement are highlighted.
The students said that their initiative is to highlight what the society or the state wants from the current and future generations.
