NSDA, Berger collaborate for Nat’l Skills Competition 2025

As part of the nationwide ‘Tarunner Utshob 2025’ (Festival of Youth), the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) organized the National Skills Competition 2025, with the final round of the Painting and Decorating skill category successfully held today at the Berger Training Institute (BTI) in Dhaka.

The primary objective of this competition is to identify and prepare talented participants who may go on to represent Bangladesh at the 48th World Skills Competition scheduled to be held in Shanghai, China in 2026.

The event was honored by the presence of several distinguished guests, including Ms. Alif Rudaba, Acting Executive Chairman of NSDA; Enamul Karim, Director at NSDA; and Md. Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited, and Sabuj Swapan Barua, Head of Channel Engagement, Sales and Marketing, alongside other senior officials. Md. Solaiman Miah, Principal of Berger Training Institute, served as a judge for the competition, ensuring a fair and high-standard evaluation process.

On this occasion, Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, Director and Chief Operating Officer of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited, shared his remarks, “Berger Paints has always remained committed to developing the skills of the youth. Initiatives like the National Skills Competition offer an exceptional platform for young talents to flourish.
