A.B.M. Rawshan Kabir has been appointed as the General Manager of the Public Relations Department of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.

He joined his current position on May 6, 2025. He succeeds the previous General Manager of Public Relations, Bosra Islam.

He previously served as the General Manager of the Administration and Human Resources Department.
